The final of the North Wales Intermediate Plate was held at Llanfaircaereinion home of COBRA Rfc on a fabulous spring day in May. Harlech were missing a few individuals but had no reason to fear Welshpool as selection of Harlech’s side had been quite consistent all season.
Welshpool had a big advantage in the first [...]

Harlech notched up another home win, their fourth in succession when they dispatched a skilful and persistent Mold side 18-14 in their North Wales Division 4 match.
It was an error strewn and somewhat fractious affair with both sides receiving cards and a lecture for various bits of mayhem. Harlech were soon behind to a Steve [...]

The planes of Harlech were shrouded in a heavy mist. The local people gathered together under its protective blanket. They whispered of a marauding hoard that was heading their way. Gigantic men, strong in arm and wide in girth. The invaders like the Romans and Sacsons before them came from the east. A strange foreign [...]

Harlech could and possibly should of scored more tries but couldn’t quite pass and catch the ball.

Oh deary me, another scrappy game from harlech !!! On a very gusty day Dolgellau started well, with bad discipline from harlech, Dol kicked three good penalties. When harlech began to regain confidence perchy ran in a good try in the corner. This was quickly cancelled out by a blunder on our try [...]

1. Jack 8/10
Magnificent in the scrum against much bigger opposition. Could have done more round the park as he’s supposed to be young and fit. Went off for 10mins as he had a po po, pwff
2. Owain 6/10
Again, did well in the scrum against more experienced opposition. F***ing shit lineout throwing but we’re used to [...]
